Growing up in a family where sports and a healthy lifestyle were the norm, I decided to create a website to share my culinary experiences and inspire others with my dishes (and why not, be inspired too!).
Since becoming a mom, managing family life and work has been a daily challenge, so here you'll always find simple foods, quick recipes with few ingredients, and most importantly, packed with nutrients!
I aim to set a good example for my son, even though in today's industrialized world, it's not always easy. There's often the temptation to save time and buy pre-packaged products that are highly processed and stripped of their nutritional value! Thatβs why I try to make everything myself, buying fresh, local ingredients.
Here, you'll find snacks, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, desserts, and even special recipes that are gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, and vegan! Our diet is plant-based, consisting of plenty of vegetables, fruits, greens, and legumes.
We occasionally consume animal-derived products, but never processed or preserved meats! The dessert recipes contain no added sugar and are completely safe for even the littlest ones. I practiced baby-led weaning from the sixth month with my child, which has given me even more motivation to spend time in the kitchen and provide the best for my family!
I firmly believe that we are what we eat, and that nature provides us with everything we need to thrive. Thatβs why I focus on a mostly plant-based lifestyle, embracing vibrant, whole foods and steering clear of processed ingredients and industrial meats.
